Job Desctiption:
Need a Japanese experience Chef with knowledge of Japanese cuisine such as
sushi, sashimi and other Japanese cooking.
Selection Criteria:
- More then 5 years experience as Japanese Chef on a reputable restaurant
- Knows Traditional Japanese cuisine
- Has special skills in Sushi, Sashimi and other Japanese cooking
- Able to supervise the kitchen staff
- Honest and reliable
- Fluent in English
