The Melanesian Hotel Port Vila is seeking suitable and qualified person for the following post:
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
* Knowledge on Room Master Property management system or similar property management system
* A minimum experience of 2 years in Front office and Reservation in a reputable property operating in Vanuatu and overseas;
* Fluent in English and can understand Bislama;
* Knowledge in French language is an advantage;
* Honest and reliable
* Excellent customer service with outstanding written and oral communication skills;
* Can work on flexible working hours
* Managing and training the concierge, night auditor and team of receptionists
* Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
* Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk
* Troubleshooting emergencies
* Scheduling your staff roster
* Liaising with other departments
* Other tasks
