BMFN is a Licenced Investment Intermediary with primary subject of activities: Dealing in securities
Job Desctiption:
The managing director will be responsible for managing the Company business according to interests of the Company and for organization of implementation business tasks which been set by the Principal; represents the company before all judicial, tax and other State authorities, before banking and financial institutions and other physical and legal person; submit to the Principal reports about the performance of the company at the end of each financial year; conclude, amend and terminate contracts with relates parties; hire personnel of the company according to applicable legislation.
Selection Criteria:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management of investment firm or bank and experience in dealing with securities, derivatives and wealth management
• Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Management
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of best practice principles and regulations relating to dealing in securities, best execution, AML/KYC rules, derivatives trading, risk analysis
• Excellent written/spoken English and Spanish languages (knowledge of third language will be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent computer skills and experience with different trading software
• Ability to quickly analyse situations and make decisive decisions
• Ability to swiftly resolve complex problems/issues as well as ability to manage a team
• Ability to apply current business and management principles to achieve improved performance and
• Exceptional skills in building and maintaining effective business relationships.
