Au Bon Marche is a biggest Supermarket in Port Vila with 6 Retail Shop, 4 Service Station and 2 Wholesale.
Job Desctiption:
• Qualified person with more than 5 year's experience in the field of Sales.
• To Ensure and oversee the company's advertisement and promotions.
• Must possess good organization skills with ability for analysis, accuracy and detail
• Must be able to work independently, be resourceful, action-Oriented
Selection Criteria:
• Able to supervise and coordinate a team with a good leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal Communications Skill.
• Must have high level of negotiating skills with competitors.
• Has the drive to succeed, be self-motivated and work unsupervised.
• Ability to achieve short term targets with excellent team commitment and participation.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours to achieve targets.
• Able to properly evaluate and motivate team members and sales representatives.
• Maintain good long term relationship with customers, sales staff and suppliers.
• Able to Plan, Organize, Create, Develop and Implement Sales Strategies.
• Evaluate market demand and try to meet customer's needs and expectations.
• Assist, support and coordinate Sales Personnel in Performing Daily Sales Activities.
• Efficient in time management, able to Work under pressure and to meet datelines.
• Able to work 7 days a Week including Public Holidays.
• Possess a Driver's License.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must be Fluent in English Language.
