Job Desctiption:
The supervisor will perform the following tasks
-Assign technicians to repair calls
-Assign technicians to monthly services
-Assign technicians to installations
-Oversee all repair technicians
-Follow up on job completion
-Make sure job cards are filled out daily for all repair, installation and service jobs
-Follows up with the general manager on ordered parts
-Maintains tools required by the repair and service technicians
-Schedule installations
-Oversee all installations
-Random spot checks of services, repairs, and installations
-Maintain tools required by the installation technicians
-verify time cards for installations, services, shop work and repairs
-Provide training to all technicians as required
-Continually seek out more efficient ways to do all our jobs
-Prepare daily job list
-Complete repair calls
Selection Criteria:
1. Certificate III ( APTC) in Mechanicial engineering
2. 3-5 years of working expereience
3. Strong computer literacy
4. Valid Driving licence
